北のお散歩マンことリトルトゥースです。
札幌で関東風のうなぎが食べたいと思い、こちらに伺いました。
うなぎはふっくらと蒸し焼きされ脂のノリも良い、上手に炊かれたおいしいお米に、少し辛めで薄味のタレがマッチしておいしいうな重です。(少し小骨が多かったかな)
肝吸いは薄め。漬物がおいしい。
追加のタレ、山椒、わさびなどはお好みでどうぞ。
カウンターがないので、1人でお伺いする場合は、相席となってしまうことも考慮して開店直後に行った方がいいと思います。
スタッフは人数が多く接客も丁寧です。(開店前5分前に着いたら早めにオーダーを取ってくれました。お気遣い大変ありがとうございます。)
