「札幌 うなぎ」で検索するとすぐ出てくるのがこちら。
ということで、土用の丑の日近辺に行きました。
当日は絶対に混雑するとわかっているのでわざわざその日に行かなくてもいいかなぁと。
数日前に行ったのですが17時頃8割のお客さんが入っていました。
メニューは一択、うな重です。
それに肝吸いと漬物がついてきます。
ほどなく運ばれてきたウナギは綺麗で美味しそう。
タレはあっさりめですが、追いダレ？はできるので（テーブルに置いてある）結構沢山かけて食べました。
身はふわふわで美味しかったです。
ただ、個人的にはもう少し食感や味にパンチがあればなぁといったところ。
