いまはスキップフロアのモダンな居酒屋。設計者の話、向かいにあった以前の店の雰囲気、自転車好きのママのちょっとした過去など、40年前に北大生だった親父仲間から何度、聞かされたことやら。
いまでも月1回は必ず行きます。飲み放にして、本日のオススメから3品。魚も肉も美味しい。親父ですから、お酒が進むとともに、昔話に花が咲いて。「ママがツール・ド・フランスを見に行った」とか、「昔は向かい側のあそこに店があって」とか。
北18〜24条周辺で知らない人のいない？ベルのマスターとも、よく店の話をします。
そうそう、酒肴はもちろん、お運びのアルバイトさんがみんな可愛いくてねえ。ほんとレベル高いよ。
やっぱり、親父だねえ。あたた、神経痛が痛い。
