[Enjoy in Kita 24jo] Delicate cuisine and alcohol
Located just a one-minute walk from Kita 24-jo subway station, Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) for adults, nestled in the hustle and bustle of the city. Enjoy it with your family, friends, or coworkers, |
I was on my way back from getting a massage (lol) around Kita 24jo Station as usual. It was 10:45, so it's a bit of an awkward time. Then I remembered this restaurant. Well, it was recently on a blog I always follow. Also, it opens at 10:30, which is also an awkward time, isn't it? By the way, what's the name of this restaurant? It's not "Eririn" or "Isshin Tasuke Eririn" (lol) It was just "Isshin Tasuke"? Speaking of Isshin Tasuke, it's Sugi Ryotaro (lol) I remember the Isshin Jokyo tattooed on his arm... (lol) I visited just before 11 o'clock. The previous customer was... or rather, a supplier (lol) I knew that the owner was a woman from Nikudama G-kei, so... I wonder if this woman is Eririn? I ordered "Shoyu Ramen 900 yen". According to the photos and comments from a blog I always read, the amount of pork slices is about the same as that of pork slices in a normal restaurant. And each slice is about twice as thick as in a normal restaurant... Me: "Excuse me. I saw in the photo that this Ramen has a lot of thick slices, can you reduce the amount of pork slices?" The waitress: "Yes, you can. I'm wondering if four slices of pork slices is too much (lol). Are you okay with back fat?" Me: "I like back fat." Waitress: "Great (lol). I'll put in some seaweed, okay?" Me: "Thanks." While I was waiting, I drank my first glass of water, so I wondered if I could get a refill... In the back right corner of the store, there was a pitcher of water, cups, disposable chopsticks, and a spoon. Oh, and there was a jar that said "free refills?" It arrived in about five minutes. It looked like it had a rich flavor, or rather, it had a thick soup with two slices of pork slices (lol). It had a lot of back fat and was topped with sesame seeds. There's white spring onions on top and...something like seaweed (lol). Shall I start with the soup? It's light and refreshing, isn't it? The sweetness of the back fat, the flavor of the pork bones, and the soy sauce are not overly assertive, making for a well-balanced and delicious soup. Also...the noodles are from Kobayashi Seimen, and they're loosely curled...or should I say, almost straight, medium-thick noodles with low water content...they're chewy and firm, but the soup doesn't quite stick to them...Well, I have a soup spoon so I can just scoop it up and drink it (lol). The pork slices are fatty and soft, so I think I could get by with four pieces. Thank you for the meal.
