2月10日行ってきました「とりきん」
2回目訪問です。
初回訪問多分20年ぐらい前です、ひさしぶり。
本日娘と晩酌目的で18時20分訪問
一応事前に席予約の電話しました。
訪問してみると…あれっ先客いませんでしたね。
入って左手厨房挟んでカウンター席。
右手にテーブル席だったはず。
スタッフ男性3名。
テレビ前のカウンター席へ。
メニューチェック。
日本酒の種類多い。
プレミアムな日本酒
而今、写楽、鍋島があるぢゃないですか
伊勢志摩・洞爺湖サミットで乾杯用に使用された蔵元の
作、磯自慢、もある。
なかなかすごいですよね。
でも北海道の蔵元の日本酒はないのね。
一人だけ日本酒飲んでも寂しいのでとりあえず
ビールをいただきます。
泡切りされたビール提供。
あての方は

を注文。

本日はメンマに輪切りネギがパラリ
串焼は小ぶりですが、焼いて速やかに提供するならこのサイズ。
豚精・砂肝ともに玉ねぎがはさまっている。粗塩パラリ
薬味はカラシ、室蘭焼き鳥ですね。
美味しかったです。
次回は日本酒呑みと来ましょう。
