ショットバーのスタイルで、昔ながらの洋食を味わえます。カクテル100種、ワインは16種をご用意。生ビールはキリンハートランド。吹き抜けの2階は20席、小パーティにもおすすめです。土曜日にはジャズのライブもあります。 |
私はこの店が気に入っていて、札幌にいた頃は毎週の様に、札幌を離れた今でも年に1回は訪れています。
傍からみて多少甘めの採点になっているであろうこと、割り引いてお読み下さい。
この店はお客の好きな様に過ごせる店です（特に1人客に優しい）。
最初に店に入った理由は、夜遅くにやっている洋食屋としてでした。仕事終わったー、美味いもん食いてーという時に、カレーライス・チーズカツレツ・ブッタネスカ（スパゲティ）などをビールと一緒に。1人お疲れさん会でした。
時には読みさしの本を持ってカウンターの端に座り、ダージリンやコーヒーを淹れてもらいながら、深夜の喫茶店の様に過ごす。
その内飲み屋としても普段使いするようになりました。
鮮魚のカルパッチョやチーズ盛り合わせなんぞをつまみながら、その時々のワインセレクションから一杯頂く。ボンベイサファイアやロンリコなんて酒を覚えたのもこの店でした。
BIOワインを置きだしてもう10年ぐらいになるんですかね。さわやかでついついボトル開けてました。
Jazzはライブでも平日のBGMでも楽しんでいましたが、仲間と会話をしたい時は、わざとライブの時間帯を外すこともありました。少額とはいえライブチャージも掛かるので…。
二階全部を貸しきって10人くらいの飲み会開いた時もありました。ニーヨンにこんな店あるのか、なんて上司いってました。
基本は「おいしい食事で腹を塞ぐ」「おいしい酒で喉を潤す」「仲間と語らう場」「音楽もあるでよ」といったところでしょうか。
週末以外は男性マスター・女性バーテンダーの二人体制。お二人の写真はウェブサイトに掲載されています。
このお店、最初にノレンを潜るのが敷居高いのではないかと推察します。私がそうでしたので。
ぶらっと入って、おいてある雑誌ポロコ・オトンや、日刊紙でも広げながら、ビールの一杯を傾けられる気さくな店なので、お勧めです。
