あいの里教育大の真向かいにあるお蕎麦屋さん彦いちさんにお伺いしました。
住宅街ですが隣のラーメン屋さんも含めて車が多く泊まっているのでわかりやすいと思います。
休日のお昼時間にお伺いしたので店内はほぼ満席でした。
メニューを見ると海老を押してる感があったので、エビ海老天野菜の冷たいお蕎麦をお願いしました。
お蕎麦は細麺のお蕎麦で少し長いタイプのお蕎麦です。
香りもコシもあり水切りも良く、かえしが強めのつゆによく合い楽しめるお蕎麦になっています。
海老天も大きめの海老がサクッと揚げてあり、お塩とつゆとどちらで食べても美味しくいただけます。
濃いトロトロ蕎麦湯との相性も良く全体的にバランスの取れたお蕎麦でした。
