本日はあいの里にある彦いちさんにてランチです。
このエリアへ来るのは久しぶりです。
店内はカウンター3席、2人掛けテーブル1席、4人掛けテーブル2席と奥に掘りごたつ席(多分6人かけ)が1席というレイアウトです。
入店すると店員さんの心地よい「いらっしゃいませ」の声がけに自然と美味しさを期待してしまいました。
メニューはとてもシンプルですが、どれも美味しいんだろうなと思いつつ、今日は若鶏せいろを注文。
注文から7分ほどで着膳。
蕎麦の切り口分かる角のある蕎麦ってかなり好きです。
温かいつけ汁に浸してもコシが消えないとても美味しいお蕎麦です。
つけ汁も濃すぎず薄すぎす、だしの香る蕎麦との相性もとても良い仕上がりです。
今日も良いお蕎麦を頂きました
