留萌の帰り、
引き寄せられるかのようにあいの里へ。
ずっと行きたいフラグ立てていたのに、
ずっと行かずにいた期待のお店である。
地元の人達や近くの会社の方々？が多く、
地域に根ざしている感じかな。
二八の蕎麦は細く打たれ、
コシも特に強いという印象もなく、
万人受けするタイプだった。
つゆもほんのり甘め仕立て、
辛さ的にちょんづけでは
味も量も少し物足りなさを感じた。
その中でもしっかりとした香りと味、
情熱の伝わる蕎麦であった。
さらには、お値段がお安いのと、
とろとろ蕎麦湯も美味！！
