こちらのスープカレー屋さん、興味ございましたが、辛味は自分で調整との事。
辛いスープが好きな私にとって、辛味を後で加えるのはスープに馴染まずあまり好みでありませんものの、口コミ見ましたら美味しそう♪
早速お邪魔しました。
店内はカントリーチックカフェの様にお洒落で、履物脱いでお邪魔します。
メニュー拝見しますとランチメニューはドリンク付きでお得ですので、チキンカレーにアイスコーヒーお願いします。
注文から提供まで15分弱。
見た目にシンプルスープカレー。
スープから頂きますが、トマトの酸味と野菜のすりおろしたっぷり、少々物足りない感ございますが、カレーにお塩を入れるとパンチが出ますと、ありまして、卓上にヒマラヤ岩塩ございますので、振り掛けますが、こくがでて、とても美味しくなりました。
やはり辛さはとても物足りないないので、卓上のカイエンペッパーを入れます。
自分で調整、好みの味、辛さにするのも面白いです。
チキンは鶏もも肉、ひと口サイズがソテーされ、ゴロゴロ幾つか入ってまして、ボイルじゃが、にんじん、素揚げかぼちゃ、れんこん、ピーマン、ブロッコリー、どれも火加減よく美味しいです。
ライスは見るからにつやつや、炊き立てで、絞れるレモンに浅漬けがとても嬉しい♪
食後にアイスコーヒーですが、こちらとてもお味濃いコーヒーでシャキンとします。
