こちらのお店がすごく好きという方に連れてきていただきました♪
大雪な日、二名で予約。
別々で行きましたが、偶然一緒に到着。
ビールで乾杯♪
食べたものたち。
○和牛三角バラ
○牛タン塩
○サガリ
○白老牛ランプの芯
○ミノ
○ホルモン
○焼き野菜(しいたけ、玉ねぎ、にんにく)
○オイキムチ
まず、感想。
どれを食べても、めっちゃ美味しい‼️
サガリが絶品‼️
ミノも好き♪
相方さんが、ちょうどよい焼き加減で焼いてくれました♪
好みが合うようで、
あまり焼きすぎないように、いただきました。
オイキムチも、ちゃんと辛くて、
箸安めに良き♪
焼き野菜のにんにく、
見た目ネギみたいな？
ハジからハジまで全部食べれるらしく、
しかも臭みが残らない‼️
美味しい‼️
ランプの芯は初めて食べたけど、
ステーキだね！！
柔らかくて美味しい。
牛タンもサクッとした感じがたまらない。
なかなか穴場な場所だけども、
知る人ぞ知る名店のようで、
予約必須です‼️
