初めてホルモンラーメンを注文。塩がいいのか正油がいいのか迷う。
こういうラーメンを狙って作って無い感じがとても良い。オールドスクール
うまい！安い！文句無し！王将さんとそっくりだったのでびっくりしました。

東区新道沿いの「王将」。昭和の良き札幌王道系ラーメンのお店。
そちらの系譜のお店のようです。
師匠筋が「王将」なら弟子は「歩」から初めて「と金」。
今時では珍しい師弟...
以前からBMしていたこちらのお店に
来てみました。
一応、店前に車を駐車出来る様なのですが
歩道まではみ出てしまいます。
開店時間に合わせて訪問しましたがすでに
