兼ねてから懸案店でもあったコチラ
色々と札幌の老舗ラーメン店の事調べてたら
嘗て訪問したアソコやアソコまで
ここ数年で閉店していたと言う事を知り……
気になる新店もあるけど後回しだ！！！
という訳で
地下鉄麻生駅より徒歩20分程にあります
ラーメンのと金さんに
お恥ずかしながら初訪問
メニューを撮っていたら
「店内の撮影はご遠慮下さいね」
との注意勧告を受けまして
些かドギマギしてしまったオイラ(◍꒪꒳꒪◍)
「ネギラーメン」
にん！ჱ̒ ｰ̀֊ｰ́ )
食事の写真を撮る事は問題ないとの事で
ホッと一息つきましてパシャり！
なんともシンプルでいて且つシュッと整った
実に美しいルックスでラーメンがサーブ♡
油膜も少なく澄んだ色のスープは
やや甘味ある醤油味で
化調味もほぼ感じられなく後味スッキリ♩♫♬
豚ロース系のチャーシューは
肉感あるのに柔らかで味入れもバツグンだし
約1本分使われているであろう
長ねぎの削切りがどっさり乗っかって来ますが
不思議と特有の辛味は少なく
スープと馴染んでしんなりする歯触りも
めっっっちゃタイプど真ん中！( ⸝⸝›_‹⸝⸝)♡
The札幌タイプなのにしなやかな啜り心地で
ネギの香味が移った醤油スープとの絡みは
素晴らしきハーモニーを奏でる•*¨*•.¸¸♬︎
ホルモンラーメンも気になるし
あのチャーシューをガッツリ増して
もう一度ネギラーメン食べてもみたい！！！
こんなラーメン屋さんが家の近くにあったら
さぞかし通う事になっちゃうんだろうな……
めちゃくちゃ大満足です
