ネギラーメン+手作り焼きギョーザ
昨日行った店の餃子が残念だったので、餃子もラーメンも美味しいとこはどこぞ？と考えて行きついた結論がここ^ ^
ラーメンはホルモンにすべきか迷ったが野菜欲しかったんでネギにした。
お父さんがラーメン、お母さんが軟白ネギを手慣れた手つきで切って、餃子焼いてる。
お二方とも丁寧な所作。
歴史を感じる店なのに厨房は凄く綺麗だし整理整頓されてる。
丁寧さが厨房の綺麗さに表れてると感心。
さて、ほぼ同時に着丼。
ネギラーメンはネギが丼2/3を埋めつくす感じ。
そりゃ1本分入ってるからなかなかのボリューム。
スープはオーソドックスな醤油。
気持ち薄めだけども優しくも深みのある味で最後まで飽きなかった。
麺はさがみ屋製麺製を店で熟成して使ってるそうですが、そのせいかしっとり感があって旨い。
そして餃子。
まさに手作り。
これですわ、昨日期待したやつ。
いや、全然レベチ。
期待以上。
なんと両面とも焼きが入ってて、ここでまたお母さんの丁寧な仕事っぷりを感じる。
ヒダも美しいし、お母さんの味的な餃子で大変満足。
ノスタルジーに浸れた感あってほっこり出来て良かったなぁ〜
次こそホルモンいくべや^ ^
