今日は、アッサリ系の和食にしようかと思い向かったのが天寿庵さんでした。
恐らく混むだろうと思い、店舗着は開店の5分前頃です。
しかし、店舗周辺の駐車スペースには、先客の車が5台ばかり駐まっており・・・
空きはあるのかとよく見たら比較的駐めやすい場所に1台分あり・・・
其処に滑り込むように駐めて事なきを得る。
開店1分前になっても誰も車から降りてこない・・・
仕方がないので私が1番前に並ぶことに。
その後何故かゾロゾロと降りて来るではないか・・・
定刻に開店。 カウンター席に着き・・・
その後、数分で満席に。
メニューを見て、”親子丼セット”税込み￥1150を早々に注文。
10分も待たぬうちに出来上がって来ました。
珍しく蕎麦の方の器に蓋が・・・
蓋を取れば何のことは無いかけそばが現れる。
親子丼、良い感じですね～。
玉子が完全に加熱されておらず・・・、見るからに良い感じ・・・
同時に出て来た蕎麦湯、コリャ白湯だろうな・・・
蓋を取れば、若干の沈殿は確認出来たが・・・、白湯ですね。
先ずは、蕎麦から・・・
綺麗な更科蕎麦です。 瑞々しく・・・
汁に浸け口中に入れれば、中々良い感じで美味いじゃないの。
固さもよければ喉越しも良い。 汁の出汁も良い感じで美味い。
量も意外と多い方かな。
とは言え、食べ始めるとごく短時間で食べ終えてしまう。
つけ汁に蕎麦湯を注ぎ込み・・・
一口飲めば、濃厚さは無いモノの蕎麦湯感は有るのかな～・・・
で、親子丼の方ですが・・・
ご飯も美味ければ、玉子とじの出汁が良いのか・・・
コレがまた美味い。 肉も良い感じで味が染みてるし・・・
ただご飯の量は多くはないのだが・・・
でも、久々に美味い親子丼を食べた感じに・・・
恐らく蕎麦屋さんで食べた親子丼では、一番美味いのでは。
(北海道に来てからです。）
全て食べ終え、そこそこの満腹感を感じながら後客に席を譲ることに。
待ってる方が多々居るようで・・・
