今日は久々にジャンクバーガーが食べたくなり、ジャクソンビルさんにお邪魔しました。
開店直後の到着だったので待たずに入店できましたが、ウーバーも店頭に開店同時から並んでます。やはり人気店でした。
カウンターに案内され、メニューを眺めます。
この瞬間から興奮してきました。
結局今日はアボガドバーガーのセット(ポテト＆コールスロー付)に単品でO-ring(M)とコーラ(L)を注文。
注文から10分弱で運ばれてきました！
(チーズは店員さんが間違えて乗せてしまっていたらしく、サービスだそうです。)
とても美しいビジュアルです。
肉の厚みや大きさにバンズのサイズも完全にマッチしてます。久々に食べる前からワクワクです！！
O-ringに添えられているケチャップは自家製で市販物よりも酸味が抑え目なので個人的にはこちらの方が好きです。
いつもの如く、O-ringをバーガーの中に挟み、自家製ケチャップを注ぎ込んで頂きます。
厚みのある肉なので若干硬めかなと思いましたが、かなり柔らかく、旨みが肉汁として滴りバーガーのイングレに絡んで至福感ハンパないです。
バンズの存在感も柔過ぎず硬すぎず、正に理想レベルです。これはウマい！
ドリンクのコーラ(L)はしばらく見かけなかったかなり嬉しい大きさのLサイズでした。
ハンバーガーを食べる時にドリングが足らなくなることが暫しありますが、今回はなんの心配もないのが嬉しいです。
ちょっとここはマイリストに入れた方が良いお店です。
