20年ほど前から時々ゴハンに寄る焼き鳥屋さん。
東京転勤になってからは年に1,2回くらいしか行けませんが、いつも変わらず明るいママが迎えてくれます。
(実家のように思うのは…ぼくだけかもしれませんね。)
まずは生ビールとモツ煮を頼みながら焼鳥待ち。
じっくり丁寧に焼き上げた焼鳥はジューシーで美味しいです。
6本、10本と盛合せメニューがあるのもありがたいです。
この日は食べなかったけど、焼いた豚串のっけた豚丼もたまらなく美味いですよ。
また出張でゴハン食べに寄ると思います。
