日中の用事を終えホテルに着いたのが 17時過ぎ。かなり歩いたこともあり、これから一人で店を探して夕食に出かけるのも億劫になり近くの店で空腹を満たすことに。
そうは言っても折角の北海道！何か旨いものをと探していると、徒歩で行ける近場に地元で人気のジンギスカン店を見つけ早速訪問しました。
実にシンプルなお店で、普通の定食屋さんのように気さくに食事ができる雰囲気。店主の方に「ジンギスカンとビールを！」と頼むと Bセットを勧めてくれました。
ロース2人前とご飯•味噌汁•キムチにジョッキ一杯がついて ¥2,500 とお手頃。肉が足りなければ追加すればいいやと思い Bセットをオーダーです。
座ったのは 5•6人掛けの丸テープル。そこに七輪が置かれ
セットメニューが運ばれてきます。懸念していた肉の量は想像以上。また肉質も柔らかく美味しいラムロースです！
道産子である私は、ジンギスカンの旨さの半分は「タレ」で決まると考えています。よく食堂にあるビニールの入れ物に入ったジンギスカンのタレは、各家庭で作るオリジナル•タレの感じがあり結構気に入りました！
一人夕食として、冷えたビールと共に肉と野菜をマイペースで食べることができ、実に満足度の高い食事ができました。
観光の目玉スポットになっているジンギスカン料理ではなく、正に地域に密着した店で食べた「夕食のジンギスカン」。いい思い出になりました｡◕‿◕｡
