昼は大将が一人で切り盛りされてます
ネタに生臭さがなく、ちゃんとした仕事をされていて、
シャリは若干かために炊いてますが、すぐにほぐれて、
米の旨味を感じます
一貫は小ぶりですが、ネタとシャリがいい塩梅でかみ合ってます
汁物はありませんが、ネタの種類は豊富です
穴子は大ぶりでやわらかいです
かんぴょう巻はしょうゆをつけないで食べてくださいと言われます
かんぴょうにいい味がついていて、なにもつけなくても旨い
おすすめです
にぎりにかんぴょう巻がついてこなくても、単品で食べたくなります
店内の雰囲気が落ち着いていて、あずましい店です
2017年12月に価格改定されましたが、それでもコスパはいいです
