ネタ１つ１つのクオリティが素晴らしい！
赤身はマグロの臭みがなくて美味しい。
鯛は見た目よりも脂がのっていて口どけも良い。
サーモンも脂がのっていて且つ臭みのない素晴らしい味。
イカも切り込みなくても食べられる柔らかさ。
赤貝もここまで特有の臭みがないものははじめてかもしれない。
