The other day, I visited with an acquaintance. I've been there once before, so I know the atmosphere of the store. When I entered the restaurant, a young staff member asked me if I wanted a table or a sunken kotatsu, and kindly guided me to my seat. Even when I sit down to take my order, the staff is smiling and makes me feel very good. When I looked around, all of the store staff were friendly and helpful, which gave me a sense of the high level of employee education. The dishes we ordered were Kalbi, Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate), Mino, Hormones, Other. A charcoal charcoal grill is brought to you first, and your order is immediately grilled. The short ribs and Genghis Khan (Mutton grilled on a hot plate) are marinated in a special sauce and are tender and juicy. The Genghis Khan in particular is highly recommended as it doesn't taste like sheep. It was announced in the store and on the menu that the amount of meat was increased by 30% on this day, and the portions were all fairly large. Overall, the menu seems to be kept at a low price, and even if you eat your fill, it costs about 2,000 yen per person, so it can be said that the cost performance is high. What I was concerned about in terms of the atmosphere was that I could hear the voices inside the store. Is it in a place where you can't hear people talking loudly if there are customers nearby? I guess it can't be helped since there are many customers drinking alcohol, but I don't think it's suitable as a place to have a quiet conversation. I would like to expect the staff to be more attentive when guiding customers to their seats.
