ランチの帰りにこちらのお店を見つけたので
入ってみました。
店内はそんなに広くありません。
厨房には男女1名づつ作業しています。
店内を見回し保存の方法を確認してから
選んだのは次の４種類です。
プチウィンナー120円
フランスパンにウィンナーと粒マスタード
フランスがカリッとしウィンナーがプリッと
した食感が良い。粒マスタードも合う。
グレインロール130円
バターを巻き込んで焼き上げて
軽〜い感じバターの風味が良い。
表面の甘さがまた良い。
洋梨デニッシュ240円
シロップで煮込んだ洋梨とコーヒーのダマンド
クリームを合わせる
義理母におみやげ
苺デニッシュ300円
クリームチーズとカスタードを合わせた
クリームの上に苺を乗せる
嫁におみやげです。
美味かったとは言ってました。
お店の女性店員さんの対応がすごく良かった
です。
