最近は雑誌等で取り上げられることも多く、すっかり有名になってしまいましたが、それでも美味しいことは変わりないお店であります
場所はニーヨンのメイン通りの一角、5坪の隣のビルの二階にあります
ここにサラリーマンや大学生たちの憩いの場である、ホルモンの美味しいお店があるのです
狭い階段を上がったすぐがお店で、細長い造りになっているものの狭さはまったく感じません
入って左側にカウンターと厨房、右側は小上がり
奥側も小上がりになっています
適度にホルモンや肉の脂が染みた店内は美味しい香りで満たされているのです
とにかく、このお店は豚肉が強い
メニューのほとんどが豚肉関係
特に美味しいのがホルモンでしょうか
ホルモンのお店というのだから当然です
あとは鶏肉とジンギスカンというのもまた良し
それを真っ赤な炭の入った七輪で焼いて、もうもうと煙を上げながら食べるのです
さて、そのホルモンですが、深みのある美味しさはビールやハイボールにあうはず
他のメニューも同様
店主氏も親切な方で居心地の良い時間を過ごせるはず
B級というか庶民的というか、ともかく安く美味しいのお手本のようなお店と言えます
また行きたいお店です
暑い日でも寒い日でも食べたいホルモンのあるお店なのです
