新川店限定ちゃんぽん狙いで訪問。
白樺山荘は味噌も美味しいですが、醤油も美味しい
お店。
店内は若いスタッフさんの活気があり好印象✨
テーブル席よりもカウンター席が多い印象でした。
オーダーは、
◆ちゃんぽん(950円）
スープの量が明らかに少なく残念。美味しそうに
見えません。味は普通だけど、麺が隠れないスー
プの量ではいけません。
麺はちゃんぽん麺で硬め。
具材は豚バラ、冷凍海老、冷凍あさり、他も一般
的なちゃんぽんの具材。
コーンや野菜は口に入れなかったので未評価。
美味しいラーメンのあるお店だけに残念。辛辣な
コメントになりましたが、1つの意見としてご参考
にしてください。
