【北海道で絶対行ってみるべきグルメすぽっと紹介】
ゆで卵食べ放題と言えば札幌を代表する人気店白樺山荘！！
どうやらゆで卵には下の感覚を戻す作用があるみたいで味をより楽しんでもらうためのゆで卵みたいですね!!
さて、今回は人気No.1の味噌ラーメン(950円)をいただきました!!
白樺ラーメンは本店でいただいたことがありますが、あっつあつのスープに旨しょっぱスープに絡む縮れ麺が最高に美味しいんです♪
新川店は趣向が少し違うのかあっつあつのスープではなく少しぬるめ？のイメージ？本店があつあつだったからかな？お子様でも楽しめる熱さなのはいいかもしれませんね！
さて、白味噌ベースのスープは、にんにくやオイスターソースでコクが増しているが、ガツンと主張するものではなく品の良さもある感じが良いですね!!
シャキシャキの野菜たちも歯ごたえがあり良いですね♪
一点あげるならちょっとしょっぱかったかな…
けど、これはこれでいいかもしれない!!
