今だかつて見たことがない
スゴい色だったので 思わず購入！
篠路のパン屋さんなのね
「よもぎパン」(214円)
私だけかもしれないけど
「よもぎ」って
あんことセットのイメージで
甘いと 思い込んで食べちゃって
まったく 甘くなくて ビックリ！
原材料に
砂糖って書いてあるけど 甘くはないです
なんて言うか
漢方薬のような クセのある香りです
トーストして バター塗って
美味しく いただきました！
このパンに 餡を入れない勇気に
お店のこだわりを感じました
次回は ぜひ 本店に伺って
イロイロ買ってみたいと思います！
