昔は、姉妹店の八軒支店によく行ったものです。
久しぶりに新琴似へ足を運んでみました。
味噌ラーメンは昔は２種類あったのですが、あらごし味噌ラーメンに統一されたようです。
やっぱり、ザンギはついつい注文してしまう。
オープンしたてなので、チャーシューまぶしごはんがサービスで嬉しいし、うまかった!
ザンギは凄いっす!ジューシーで味がしっかりついていて、デカい（笑）
これは看板通りに「むしろザンギ。」
ラーメンはトッピングでメンマとネギの増し増しも嬉しい。
スープはまさにあらごしで豪快なコクがあり、背脂もたっぷり。
トッピングはどれも個性が活かされていて、食べごたえあります。
中でも、チャーシューはトロットロと溶けるぐらい柔らかく、いい味が染み込んで絶品です。
やっぱり、昔は大好きでよく足を運んでましたが、良い店ですよね～
