2019/1 初訪
大衆町中華のお店では大抵、「餡掛け」ものを頼んでしまいます。
「広東麺」「あんかけ焼きそば」。美味しそうなお店では「炒飯」。
一方、家人は「定食」系が好みのようです。
大抵はシェアして食べますが、たまに好みと違う事があり、「中華」のお店でシェア出来ないと
あまり意味をなさない事があります。
今回は、新川の美味しい「生姜」系らーめんのお店近くで気になっていた「町中華」のお店。
店内は案外広いですが、時分時になってもあんまりお客さんが来ませんね。
「あんかけ焼きそば」 700円
ランチメニューからです。
サラダ・ザーサイ・玉子スープ・杏仁豆腐のセット。
価格的には安いです。
あんかけは、白菜・豚バラ・人参・たけのこ・ピーマン・えび・きくらげ。
きちんと定番ネタが揃っているもの。餡の綴じ具合も悪くありません。
麺もしっかり炒められて合格。
杏仁豆腐はゼラチンタイプで好みではありませんが、全般的に良く纏まっています。
「麻婆豆腐」 700円
家人チョイス。
麻婆豆腐は甘めで辛さを感じません。家人は辛いのが苦手なので食べられそうですが
私には甘めの麻婆は好みではなく、まして辛さや、痺れの無いのは好みでは無いです。
あと、大陸系でありがちな、ご飯の質が悪い。
これでは定食は楽しめないかも。
メニューを見る限りでは、品数多く本格中華料理があるようですが
ランチではこんなものかなという印象。
大陸系のお店は、当たりはずれが激しいかなという印象です。
