まんでがん外伝(札幌市北区)
北大通り沿い北大病院、クレイジースパイス、カレー食堂心の近くです。
冬を感じ始める頃、冬季限定で開店する季節限定のうどん屋さん。店内は活気で溢れ、多くのお客さんで賑わっています。
冬季営業中に来ようと思ってましたがギリギリでした笑
閉店前だったのもあり並ばずに入店。
親子セットを“あつ”で“ぶっかけ”で注文。
店内が暑かったのでひやでも良かったかなーとも思いましたが、うどんは太麺で程良いコシがあって美味しかったです。どんどん箸が進むやつですね。ぶっかけの汁はとてもダシが効いていて良いですね。
かしわ天もプリプリで柔らかくボリューミー。半熟卵も良き。
当別町の『かばと製麺所』まで足を運べば堪能できるのですが、当別まではなかなか行けないので、札幌で味わえたのは良かったですー。札幌での営業は4月14日とのことでした。間に合って良かったです。
