札幌駅から歩いて訪問です。
少し迷ったので時間がかかってしまった。
19:00到着です。
とんこつラーメンは、どうしても臭いが気になるという先入観があって警戒してしまいます。
入店、先客なし。
その為か臭いは気にならない。
ま、調理と共に臭ってきましたけど、差ほど問題のないレベルでした。
『とんこつ(久留米) 700円 』
バリカタ注文を忘れたのですが、固めに茹でてあり、ノーマルでも問題なし。
スープは塩分がちょうど良く、こってりではあるもののくどくはない、こっさりですな。
しかしやはり臭いが若干気になる。
食べられないほどじゃない、というか少ない方だとは思うのですが。
とんこつは鬼門かも？
仕方がないよね、好みだから！
