1軒目で物足りなさを感じたので、絃さんにてはしご蕎麦敢行。
セットメニューもかなり気になりましたが、1軒目のとろろが少し腹を満たしているので、ここではざる蕎麦にトッピングでごぼう天を注文です。
先程の柔めの蕎麦を払拭してくれるコシと食感が有れば良いのですが…
注文してから待っている間に茹でた蕎麦を水でしめる音が厨房から心地よく聞こえてきます。
これは少しだけ期待して良さそうです。
注文から5分ほどで来ました。
おおーー！
期待していた通り、とても見た目は美味しそうな蕎麦です。
ごぼう天も噛みごたえのある大きさと量が素敵です。
ざる蕎麦を海苔別盛りで提供する心配りがすっごく好きです。
蕎麦も更科風に細いと思いきや、時折太めの麺が交ざる乱切り感も個人的には好きです。
蕎麦は期待通りのコシや食感の良さがあり美味しです。
ごぼう天は予め火を通しているんですかね、とても柔らかく、噛むとごぼうのうまさと甘みを感じる上質な天ぷらです。
そばつゆはコクはありますが塩味や辛み控え目の良いそばつゆです。
そばとの相性もそうですが、ごぼう天も美味さが増します。
結果良ければ全て良しという事で今日のランチも満足しました！
