新琴似にございますお蕎麦屋さんにお邪魔しました。
店舗前駐車場有。
カウンター席、テーブル席、小上がり席ございます店内。
夜メニューの一品料理等が多く、雰囲気も居酒屋さんのようです。
メニューから今時期魅力的でマイブームの
鍋焼きそばお願いしました。
鍋焼きでは、田舎そばのようです。
提供まで20分少々。
土鍋の蓋を開けましたら、シンプルな感じでありますが
揚げ玉たっぷりのお蕎麦の下にはお餅、麩、ほうれん草、蒲鉾、椎茸、鶏もも肉、半熟卵と
具沢山。
お蕎麦が煮込まれ過ぎないよう、このような形なのかもわかりません。
つゆはきちんとあります。
お蕎麦は田舎ながら中細平打ちで風味がしっかりとし
コシ柔らか、いただき易い。
つゆも丁度良い濃さで、お出汁がしっかり効いています。
具沢山で最後まで熱々。
お蕎麦の量が多く、お餅も大きいものですから
かなりなボリュームに感じました。
