とある週末、ランチにて予定していたお店がやっておらず別にブックマークしてありました北24条駅エリアの通りから少し中に入った所にあるラーメン屋さんです。
駐車場は無いので何処かのコインPに停めてお店向かいます。
通りからちょっと中の路地に入って直ぐに看病見つけ店内は比較的コンパクトでカウンター少々とテーブル少々で構成され、世の中的に暑い日でもドアはフルオープンで扇風機やサーキュレーターがフル稼働しています。
BGMはテレビから選手の頑張りが見て取れます。
この日メニューより、暑い日ならばとサッパリしそうな"塩レモンラーメン(890円)”をお願いしてみます。
暫くして完成しました。あっ、アチチ！。
期間限定且つレモンなので勝手に冷たいものかと思いきや普通に熱々なラーメンでしてちょっと面食らいました(^^;;。
では一口・・・おっ、良いじゃないですかぁ。
麺は黄色い中位の縮れ麺でチュルシコな食感です。
白く白濁したスープは…良いですね♪︎しっかり動物さんのお出汁あるのですが見た目より油っぽく無くて思いの外スッキリと旨みを楽しめてグッド♪︎、前半は全然レモン輪切りの恩恵は無くて純粋に塩ラーメンのスープとして楽しめ後半は少しサッパリとしたレモンフレーバーが広がっていました。
具材はネギ、炒めたひき肉ともやし＆玉ねぎ、色の濃いメンマ、ホロホロなチャーシューもグッド、レモン輪切りは相変わらず僕は絞ったりせずそのまま食べちゃいます♪︎。
ふと、普通に美味しかったラーメンを戴きました。
