岩窟王さんのセカンドブランド店。本日初訪問です。
10月6日7日は2周年感謝祭で通常850円のラーメンが500円で提供中。期間中はランチも営業しています。
正直言うと500円なので訪問しました。ありがたく頂きます。
夜遅くまで営業してるので近所の方には嬉しいですね(^^)
カウンター席にはパーティション。
こぢんまりとした店内ですが、5人のオペレーション。気合い入ってます！
オーダーは人気No1の
◆味噌らーめん◆
【スープ】
イメージ通りでした。挽き肉ともやしを炒めた味噌スープで、昔ながらの札幌味噌ラーメン。
黒マー油が良いアクセントで、若い人が好きなタイプの味です。
味の濃さは丁度良いですが、食べた後少し喉が渇きます。
【麺】
こちらも王道のたまご麺で、中太ちぢれの少し硬めで良い仕上がり。
【チャーシュー】
味付けも良く大変美味。
【メンマ】
岩窟王さんと同じ味付け。色が濃いが味付けは丁度良い。
【総評】
一定の需要がありそうなお店です。
