結論
味の良さと客への配慮の悪さのギャップがすごい。
味以外でも客を【快】にさせてよ。
客への配慮（オペレーションの悪さ）
14席スタッフ3名。
金曜の深夜12時に行って30分並んだ。
これは異常。
理由は全席が空にならないとスタッフが次の客を入れない（声かけしない）から。
なぜ声かけしないのか？
満席でもバイトが通常ルーティンで皿洗いしてるから。
店長はそういう指示しているから。
猛暑でもエアコンが作動していない。
扇風機3台フル稼働させている。
つまり、意図的にエアコン使わない不可解。
味
味噌ラーメン900円。
とにかく野菜炒めの香ばしさが味噌スープにマッチして美味い。
パツパツのちぢれ麺もスープにマッチしていて美味しい。
