「蝦夷前そばと豚丼 北堂」さん
休日ランチで伺いました。
店内はこじんまりとした和の居酒屋みたいな雰囲気。
フロア担当のかあさんの接客も良くスタートからいい印象のお店です。
メニューはお蕎麦と豚丼がメイン。
セットや単品ものが多いので何にしようか悩みましたが
シンプルに板そばと豚丼にしてみました！
「◇◆板そば＠780円◆◇」
いわゆる「もり蕎麦」でお蕎麦は二八そばです。
麺はちょっと太目ですが
風味も感じられのど越しのイイ感じ♪
つゆもきりッと辛めで好きなタイプ。
粘度高めのどろっとした蕎麦湯もウマかったです！
「◇◆豚丼（ミックス）並＠980円◆◇」
レギュラーサイズですが丼は小さめです。
お肉はバラとロースが10枚くらい
甘めのタレが香ばしくてご飯が進みますね♪
ご飯も固めの炊き加減だったし
山ワサビも良いアクセントになっていてウマい豚丼でした！
蕎麦も豚丼もなかなかウマかったですね～
一緒に頼んだ季節限定の「牡蠣そば」も牡蠣と岩海苔の風味もよくて
いい味してました（ ＾ω＾）・・・
ここは夜は日本酒もいろいろあるみたいですし
逸品料理もあるので飲んだ後に〆蕎麦もいいかもね♪
