久々の訪問ですが、いつも座敷だったのでカウンターは初めてです
店主が一生懸命お肉を調理してるのが間近で見られますが、逆にこちらが緊張してしまいます笑
調理しながらも客席の様子に常に目を届かせている店主は、従業員に逐一的確な指示を出しておられます
そんな厨房の様子がそのまま前面で見られます
調理以外にも満遍なく仕事できるお方、というイメージの店主でそこも感心致しました
接客も丁寧です
本日は初心に戻り牛カツ定食（130g）を頂きました
小サイズの定食だと90gです
まぁ、なんとも柔らかい
同行者は前より柔らかくなった！お刺身みたい！と感動しておりました
うんうん、確かに本マグロの赤みのような柔らかさです
脂っこさはないのにとろける食感で、胃もたれしやすい私でもノープロブレムでございました
※断面の写真を撮り忘れましたが中はレアです！
添え物はポテトサラダの上にずんだが乗ったものだなぁ、と味でわかりましたが、お隣の席の方に後からその説明をしていたので私の舌は正解でした
お味噌汁は納豆汁です
全て大変おいしく頂きました
冷たいほうじ茶もまた美味しかったです
今度はメンチカツ定食いってみたいです
