麻生方面に用事があり
一度は行ってみたいと思っていた
こちらのお店を予約して訪問
小90gと迷いましたが
牛カツ定食130gをオーダー
結果大丈夫でしたw
レアかつというほどレアでなく
余熱で火が通ってるかんじ
衣も薄く食べやすい一口サイズでした
塩をつけたり、山わさび醤油で
食べたり、どちらも美味しかったです
全然油っぽくないので、
ほんとにお刺身感覚で食べられました
