息子の要望にて焼肉屋を選ぶ。
日曜日である事、あとは息子は寮生活で、門限がある事。
食べ放題的な時間制限は難しい事。
なので、一品ずつ注文できる店を選ぶことに。
そこで見つかったのがこのお店。
泊まっているホテルから少し遠いが、食べる前には歩かないと。
仕事終わりの家内も合流し、このお店で待ち合わせ。
一番高いのは上カルビで1200円 ２人前注文。さほど高いわけではない。
牛タjンは１人前で十分な量だ。
上サガリも2人前注文、ホルモン、ジンギスカン。そして、卵焼き、オイキムチ、焼き野菜。
ビールは瓶ビール。家内と分け合って。
肉は、結構な量が並ぶ。
牛タンは、面積こそ狭いが適度な肉厚感がある。塩コショウでの提供だ。
うーん。どれも新鮮さが違う。ものすごくおいしい。ジューシーで変なにおいがしない。
ガスで焼くのだが、煙は少なく、ちょうどよく焼ける。
私は一時期、「焼肉は炭焼きでなければ焼肉とは言えない」というくらい炭焼きに拘っていた。
特に備長炭であることにこだわりを持っていた。
しかし、適度な火加減は難しく、煙が多くなるため、最近はガスの鉄板焼きが好みになってきている。肉の火加減が調整しやすいからだ。
このお店は、私の今の好きな焼肉の条件を満たしてくれている。
最後にクッパとビビンバを注文し終了。
いやー、美味しいお店だ。
お店は家族経営だろう。なかなかアットホームで気持ちがいい。常連さんが多いようだ。
また是非立ち寄りたい名店だ。
