ランチメニューでは、規格外の凄いのが別紙でありましたが、
注文すればディープインパクトなそれらは３０代迄ならチャレンジしたかもです。
恵美須商店 北24条店に来る前、
当てにしていた目的の場所はやっておらず、
駐車場もどこだったか不明となりおたおたとしながらも歩いてここに来ました。
どれにしようかなと選んで、えびす御膳
それほど待たず到着です。
そして、溶き卵入りの味噌汁から食べ始めます。
もやしもクタクタ過ぎないし味がいい味噌汁です。
お腹に余裕があれば、もう半分ほどお代わりしてみたくもなりました。
サクッと仕上がった揚げたての天ぷらは美味いです。
タネのほうもしっくりと感じる違和感ない質感で、
大根おろしと生姜を天つゆに投入して食べて
この天ぷらと味噌汁とが満足度高い料理でした。
お刺身は、
盛り付けは型にはまった悪くはないビジュアルでした。
３種類盛られた刺身の中でもサーモンが無難と感じるも
ごく一般的に添えられているわさびのビジュアルに萎えます。
ワサビに関しては割とそこでテンション下がることがありまして…
同じわさびでもやり方次第って感じますが、
思うところありながらもしっかり使いました。
マグロやタコは個人的な基準値には到達せず
刺身の感じだとナマモノよりも天ぷらが圧倒的に優勢勝ちでした。
おかわり自由のご飯の質は低いと感じますが、
溶けてたりおかしな事になってないので食べ切れます。
お代わりせずとも大盛り寄りのご飯の量です。
入って直ぐ空気が少し悪いと感じます。
居酒屋のランチなので喫煙可なのはいいんですが、
出来れば換気率高めて欲しいのと、分煙に可能ならして欲しいです。
