散歩がてら北24条を散策
すると塩ザンギの幟を発見､ひろちゃんの塩ザンギです
そう言えば最近オープンしたんだった…晩御飯のおかずにでもしちゃいましょうかね
お店に入るとザンギはあるけどショーケースに保温されている物だけ
注文受けてから揚げたりとかではないんですね
おかず用ですから8～10個入りのパック大を購入
早速家に帰り一つ頂いてみます
衣はカリサクとしていて塩の味付けの塩梅も悪くないんですけど…中の肉がパサパサとしてジューシーさが無い
しかも大きさも疎ら過ぎで､ちゃんとした大きさの物から切れ端の様な細長い物まで
細長いのなんて殆ど衣食べてる様な物ですよ(^_^;)
ちょっと残念かな
今度は澄川の本店のを買って食べてみようかな
