篠路にございますインド、ネパールカレーのお店にお邪魔しました。
店舗前駐車場ございます。
カウンター席、テーブル席、小上がり席ございます店内。
メニュー拝見、私はチキンスープカレーですが、辛さ記載は5番までございまして辛さ調整できます、
とございます。
インド、ネパール系カレー屋さんでは20番お願いする事多いので辛さ20番お願いしました。
かなり辛くなりますよ！
との事、お願いします。
ナンかライスが選べるとの事、白米少なめでお願いしました。
注文から提供まで10分位です。
早速スープいただきますと、程よくオイリーでスパイス感あり、シナモン強め。
好みのおいしいスープ！
ですが、かなり塩辛さもございます。
辛さですがミラクルヒット、かなりこちらの20番は辛く、辛味の違いはございますが、チュッタでしたら10番位でしょうか。
スープはさらさら、スパイス感辛味も強いながら粉っぽさはございません。
チキンは柔らか、下味も付いてましておいしい。
素揚げ茄子、ブロッコリー、ピーマン、オクラ、アスパラ。
ボイル人参、じゃが、いんげん、蓮根、たまご等調理バランスも良く美味しいです。
お味も辛味も好みなスープカレーですが、かなり濃い味で塩辛いのが難。
