札幌市営地下鉄南北線の麻生駅から徒歩１０分ほどのところにあります。
石狩市に向かう４番通りの南向きに面しています。
ココは食券制です。
長万部のレストランで食べたことのある、
『かにめし』
を購入しました。
空いている席に座り食券を渡しました。
周りを見渡してみたところ、
厨房に向かって座るカウンターに４席
四人掛けテーブル席が２つあります。
およそ10分ほどで運ばれてきました。
蓋を取ると駅弁と同じデザインです。
カニがギッシリ。
中央に錦糸卵。
真ん中に小梅。
駅弁では頂くことができない、温かいかにめしです。
温かいかにめしは格段においしいです。
カニがよい風味を出しています。
椎茸がしっかりとした味わいです。
ご飯が柔らかくもちもちしています。
かにがドライな感じなのでご飯と一緒に食べるとちょうどよいです。
グリーンピースや小梅がちょっとしたアクセントになってよいです。
『かにめし』
