2019/10 初訪
新店「町中華」情報から行く機会を狙ってました。
場所は新道から少し入った斜め通り。
確かこの場所はかなり昔に「やぶれかぶれ」という名のラーメン店では無かったかな。
開店当時に食べに来た記憶があります。
当時は、村中三銃士と呼ばれた「彩未」「千寿」と「やぶれかぶれ」。
今は滝川市で「月光軒」さんですね。
その後どんな店に変わったのか知りませんが、4月にこちらがオープンのようです。
「炒飯」 750円
あんかけらーめんと悩みましたが、家人が「あんかけ」選択なので初回から炒飯。
えびが天辺で、ハム・玉子・ねぎ・レタスの炒飯です。
はらりとしていて、薄味。とても上品ですが、これは中華の料理を食べながら
合わせるタイプと思われ、単品ランチだと少し物足りない。ザーサイか何かの塩味が欲しいかな。
「あんかけ焼きそばセット」 870円
セットでこの価格は嬉しい。
この餡も上品ですね。
ホテルかどこかで研鑽されたように思われる味。
このセットはサービスですね。
店主さんの腕前は確かのようで、夜に訪問したいけど場所的に難しいかな。
ちょっと上質な町の中華店さんでした。
