This is my second visit. The first time I visited, the stew was so delicious that I ended up coming alone. It seems that the opening time is 6pm, and there were no customers when I arrived after 6pm. I was shown to the counter. Last time, I had a table seat by the window with a great view, but the counter has a nice atmosphere. Now, what should I drink or eat? After looking at the menu and wondering about it, I ordered the standard all-you-can-drink and stew set meal (photo). I chose the salted stew. The point is that there is no appetizer! (I was so pleased that I wanted to order a lot of things, so I'm completely hooked on the store's strategy lol) The stew is delicious as expected >_< And it really goes well with rice. The best!! The dressing of the mini salad was just to my liking! It also came with pickled radish, makanai (an optional item equivalent to an appetizer. On this day, it was fried chicken), and almond tofu for dessert, so the stew set meal for 980 yen was reasonable! I got carried away and also ordered a single dish of Yukhoe (with sauce, pictured). I mashed the egg yolk, mixed it with the raw meat, and took a bite!!! This also goes well with rice! And it went well with beer!! I got even more carried away and ordered a dish called Herring Namero. So, how did it taste?! I had heard it was namero, but it didn't feel like it... It was white in color, so it didn't seem like raw herring... The vinegar had a strong sour taste... I asked thinking it might be herring that had been pickled in vinegar, and it turned out to be true. I don't reject the dish itself, as there are differences in the dish itself and personal preferences, but I think they should absolutely not call it "Herring Namero" on the menu. If they served it as herring namero, they would definitely get in trouble - or should I say wryly, it definitely wasn't namero. At the very least, if they're going to serve it and charge customers money, they should make it clear that it's made with herring that has been pickled in vinegar, not raw herring... If I were to give it a proper name, I would say "marinated herring with ginger and spices." To go into more detail... I don't think it's necessary to force it onto the menu. The stews at this restaurant are so delicious that I was very surprised that this dish was on the menu. Also, the waitresses are not bad, but I think they could be a little more considerate. Instead of placing the set meal halfway to the side, it would be better to say "Excuse me for leaving" and place it right in front of you. Also, I'm clearly drinking with my glass in my right hand, so I don't think there's any need to place the drink I brought on the left side. It would be one thing if the restaurant was crowded, but especially in an empty restaurant. I was drinking quietly at the counter when suddenly I felt a "bang!" on my arm. Looking to the right, it seems that someone at the end of the counter had placed a large bottle of sake on the counter to open it. I look forward to the manager's future guidance and education on this matter. Also, if you feel that you have made a customer feel uncomfortable, the person who noticed should apologize, including the manager. No matter how delicious the stew is, you will lose customers who could have become repeat customers. Overall, it is a stylish restaurant where you can enjoy a stew that is so delicious it will change your concept of stew. It is still a new restaurant. I hope that this restaurant will continue to improve. The stew was delicious!! I will come again!!
