醤油、ワンタントッピング。
アニマル主体の清湯が旨い。芳しい醤油の香りと相まって、上品過ぎない、らしさを感じる香り。旨味もしっかりめのスープに仕上がっている。
麺はツルツルで歯切れの良い自家製麺。こちらもスープと良く合っている。
えびワンタンも旨いねー、これだけ4つ乗っけて欲しいくらい。
中華そばっぽい見た目ながら、中華そばにありがちな物足りなさを感じさせない、ラーメンを食べた感のある一杯でした。オススメ。
…しかししいて言えば、この日は「豚」が悉く駄目だった。ワンタンにしても豚チャーシューにしても匂いが酷い。
さすがにこの日が悪すぎたのだろうが、それにしても全てを台無しにするレベルのマズさだったので、もしも常態化してるのであれば改善願いたい。
