とある平日、ランチにていつの間にか出来ていた、色々とお店が変わる所に今度は広島焼きのお店です。
駐車場は無いので近くのコインPに停めてお店向かいます。
店内のベースは以前のお店と一緒ですが広島焼きなので厨房内に鉄板を新たに設置したのはご主人の覚悟を感じ、スタッフさんも一生懸命お仕事されています。
BGMはFMラジオが流れています。
この日メニューより、単品よりもちょっとお得そうな“ランチセット(1000円税)”の“肉そば”、無料トッピングは“麺ダブル”、“ソフトドリンク飲み放題”が付いています。
おっ、コテが『おたふく』さんのヘラで説得力あります。
では一口・・・ホーッ、麺が良い具合にパリパリにしているのが他店との違いあって、元々あんかけ焼きそば好きな方にも喜ばれる太麺仕様で麺ダブル発注は正解でした。
また予めあっさり目にソース＆マヨネーズ仕上げ、後はお好みで備え付けのものにて調節します。ん？天かす？何か旨みもあって良い感じ、他に道産らしいキャベツ、もやし、十勝野ポークという豚肉で全体的に野菜が多いので罪悪感は低いです。
ドリンクはサントリーのサーバーで個人的には甘くないのがウーロン茶だけなのはちょっと寂しいかしら。
ふと、業種的には競合しないので僕は良いと思うのですが何とかしてこのエリアで活動している方にこの広島焼きの良さが伝わる事が出来れば…と願うばかりです。
