ランチセットの豚玉そば、トッピングサービスはネギ、フリードリンクでメロンソーダ×1と烏龍茶×1で1000円。
成人のエネルギー摂取はその6割を炭水化物で取るのが吉と言われていますが、こちらのお好み焼きはまさに、野菜とお肉と麺のバランスがもはや健康食品。
それくらい野菜がしっかり入っていて、お肉も少々だが十分な存在感あり。
味は全部オタフクソース味なのでまあ単調と言えば単調ですが、でもやっぱ美味しいです。
次は絶対牡蠣とレモンのお好み焼き食べようと思います。
