とある平日、ランチにて北区北17条西5丁目にあります金沢カレーのチェーン店にお邪魔させて頂きました。
駐車場は場所柄無いのでコインパーキング探します。
店内は現着して思い出した以前かなりマニアックな中華のお店だった跡地でテーブルやイスはそのまま使用しているみたいなカウンター4席とテーブル7卓で構成されます。
BGMはテレビからこちらオリジナルの宣伝が流れています。
この日メニューより、ふと目に止まった"大人のゴリエもん(900円)”をタッチしてお姉さんに渡して大人しく着席します。
暫くして完成しました。ん？ちょっと目が・・・離れている？(^_^;)。
ではフォークにて一口・・・ふむふむ、ルーは甘さとじんわり辛さが表現され、色々煮込まれているのだろう中にフワッとニンニクらしき風味に食欲そそられそうです。
ん？んん？、これは・・・ご飯が意図的ではなくでお米のレベルか？炊き方か？チェーン店だとしても僕はあまり妥協出来ない硬さです。
上の具材としては顔の形を模した唇代わりのスモーキーなウインナー2本、目玉代わりのゆで卵は1個を半分ずつスライスにして、鼻の部分は大きなエビフライで注文から揚げてくれたみたいで熱々でした。後からおかわり自由だったらしい金沢カレー定番のキャベツ千切りは濃厚なカレールーを食べやすくしてくれます。
ふと、スープカレー激戦区の土地にて白石区東札幌の別会社のカレー屋さん共々大ブレイクはしていませんが確実にファンが離れない分野なのでは？。
