とあるお店を目指すも不定休の為やっておらず、北大通を歩いていると、金沢カレーの文字が目に入ってきました。
カレー目当てではなかったのですが急遽変更。
入口に券売機があり、一番人気らしいカツカレーを小で購入。
お店の方に渡すとお好きな席へとのことでテーブル席に座りました。
店内は金沢カレーのオリジナルの動画が流れています。
下調べなしなのでどんなものかわからないまま数分待ちました。
お待たせしましたときたのはキャベツとソースがかかったカツがのっているカレーです。
初めてみるスタイル。
いただきます。
サクサクのカツは薄めです。
ルーは甘く遠くでジンジャー風味を感じます。
好みが別れそうな感じです。
個人的には嫌いではないですが、もう少しルーがあれば嬉しいです。
キャベツはおかわり自由のようです。
